Mesa was proud to accompany our property management partner, Pegasus Residential, and local Gainesville officials at the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Mill at New Holland. The project achieved it’s final Certificate of Occupancy in October and is nearing stabilization due to an incredible leasing effort by the Pegasus staff. Even dealing with major Covid-19 restrictions, the property experienced what would be strong leasing velocity in normal circumstances. We believe this property represents best-in-class apartment living in the City of Gainesville, and we are excited for the future of The Mill at New Holland.
