Chamberlain Lane Residences is a joint-venture, new construction multifamily project located in Louisville, KY. The Sponsor for the project is LIV Development, an experienced Class-A multifamily developer, based in Birmingham, AL. Chamberlain Lane Residences will feature 309 units and will be slightly skewed toward one-bedroom apartments, while featuring internal parks and greenspaces alongside carriage homes. The project will feature two elevator serviced buildings and two carriage houses. The project will have an integrated clubhouse and fitness center with 9,000+ ft² of interior community space, a LIV/Work space, an outdoor lounge amenity with kitchen, a fourth-floor overlook space, a resort style pool, and a pool deck with grilling stations and a fire pit. The development will sit along I-265 and will be well-positioned to reap the benefits of proximity to big box retail, specialty stores, restaurants, and accessibility to employment centers.
