Project Description
Santos Flats is a joint-venture, new construction multifamily project located in Tampa, Florida. The Sponsor for the project is LIV Development, an experienced Class-A multifamily developer, based in Birmingham, AL. Santos Flats will feature 296 units including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments incorporated into two, elevator serviced, four-story buildings that are centered around a large pool and amenity courtyard. In addition, there will be five, two-story carriage home buildings that include private garages and larger floorplans. The project will have an integrated clubhouse and fitness center with 8,500+ ft² of interior community space, a LIV/Workspace, an outdoor lounge amenity with kitchen, a resort style pool, and a pool deck with grilling stations and a fire pit. The overall quality and size of the planned amenities and the unit finishes at Santos Flats will exceed any of the other Class-A, suburban multifamily properties currently located in the area
