Legacy Haywood is a joint-venture, new construction multifamily project located in Greenville, South Carolina. The Sponsor for the project is Daniel Development, an experienced commercial real estate developer, based in Birmingham, AL. The Project includes 244 Class-A units just off I‐385, approximately 3.5 miles from downtown Greenville. Legacy Haywood will be the highest-quality, three and four-story, elevator-serviced community in the Greenville market. The 244 luxury residential units include one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. The units will have an average unit size of 986 SF. The community will consist of five 3‐story buildings and a single 4‐story building with an integrated two‐story clubhouse and a resort style pool. Other high‐end amenities will include an outdoor fireplace with lounge seating, pet spa, internet lounge with Mac workstations, cardio and weight training center, and detached garages.
