Project Description
Mesa Capital Partners Acquired 9.27-Acres for Planned Multifamily Community (Woodstock, GA)
June 2024
Mesa purchased a 9.27-acre site in Cherokee County near Woodstock, GA where it plans to construct a 287-unit, Class A community within the Buice Lake master-planned development. The 200-acre mixed-use development consists of 300+ single-family homes, 150+ townhomes, and 2 separate phases of multifamily communities, with the future Mesa Capital development being the final phase of multifamily residences.
As a mixed-use redevelopment project and 200-acre assemblage, Buice Lake is revitalizing the area south of Town Lake including the Bells Ferry Road Corridor, explains Woody Snell, Lynwood Group, Master Developer, Buice Lake.
The project will front Bells Ferry Rd, at the corner of Hunter Trail. This location features strong demographics, excellent schools, abundant shopping and excellent regional accessibility via GA Highway 92 and Interstate 575, primary commuting thoroughfares in Atlanta’s north suburbs.
Mesa plans to begin development Q4 2024/Q1 2025.
