Mesa Capital Partners announced that it has closed on and will be breaking ground on its newest development, The Tyde, a new $55 million multifamily project in Panama City Beach, FL. The Tyde will consist of 300, Class A apartment units featuring top of the line finishes and amenities. The Tyde is expected to be completed in 2021.
