Palm Coast, FL August 2024 — Mesa Capital Partners is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of its Marbella Apartments in Palm Coast, Florida. The project’s 19-acre site is located on Whiteview Parkway within the Whiteview Village master-planned community. The community will sit adjacent to a future city park and for-sale single-family homes built by KB Homes.
Marbella Apartments will total 316 residential units composed of two-story carriage homes and three-story walk-up buildings. Amenities will include a clubhouse with interior community space and fitness center, plus a resort-style pool with a pavilion and grilling stations, a dog park, ample greenspace, and abundant garage parking.
Leasing is expected to begin in mid-2025 with full completion by summer of 2026. Construction financing was provided by SouthState Bank and Cadence Bank. Mesa has engaged Summit Contracting Group based out of Jacksonville, FL as general contractor for Marbella’s construction, and Group 4 Design, also based in Jacksonville, for architectural and design services.
