Situated at the crossroads of Hull Street (Hwy 360) and WWII Veterans Memorial Parkway (Hwy 288), the community offers easy and direct access to all of Richmond along with a variety of local retail, dining, and entertainment centers.

Mesa Capital Partners has a proven track record in this submarket, having previously completed and sold the Livingston Apartment Flats in a joint venture with Birmingham-based LIV Development in 2021. For Commonwealth Apartments, Mesa secured acquisition financing with Fannie Mae through Berkadia.
