Atlanta, GA September 19, 2023— Mesa Capital Partners announced today it has hired long time CBRE veteran, Paul Berry as President, and COO. Berry brings over 30 years of experience to Mesa Capital, having led investment sales, provided management strategy, and leveraged extensive relationships throughout his tenured real estate career.
Paul joins as Mesa Capital enters a new generation of growth, gearing up to raise their 10th fund in early 2024. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome such a seasoned veteran to our team”, says Jeff Tucker, CEO and Managing Partner at Mesa. “Paul’s addition will be instrumental in fulfilling our growth strategy going forward” In his role as President and COO, Berry will provide executive leadership, strategic guidance, and management direction.

Mr. Berry earned an MBA from University of Virginia and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. He also serves on the board of directors of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) Atlanta, is a guest lecturer at Georgia Tech and Georgia State University and serves as moderator or panelist at various industry conferences each year.
