Mesa announces the construction of The Mill at New Holland; a new multifamily project, including 284 Class A apartments, located in Gainesville, Hall County, GA (40 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta). The Mill is located on Jesse Jewell Parkway, 2 miles east of downtown Gainesville and minutes away from Lake Lanier. Residents will reap the benefits of resident walkability to the retail of New Holland Market, which include a Kroger marketplace, Chick-fil-A and other retailers; and accessibility to multiple employment centers including the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, the largest employer in Hall County (7,100).
The Mill will feature 284 units of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Varying construction types of two-story carriage homes, three-story walk-up, and four-story elevator-serviced buildings will provide very distinct rental options for residents.
The residents will enjoy an integrated clubhouse & fitness center with 8,500 square feet of interior community space accompanied by a resort-style pool with an outdoor fireplace and grilling stations. Unit amenities will include granite countertops, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, faux wood, carpet and tile floors, washer and dryers, kitchen islands, walk-in closets, crown molding and designer lighting and plumbing fixtures.
The Mill at New Holland will be the only four-story, elevator-operated, multifamily option in the Gainesville area. Mesa Managing Director, Jeff Tucker, says “Mesa has historically provided joint venture equity to new construction multifamily projects and will continue to do that with development partners, but we are bullish on the Gainesville market and look forward to developing this project in house.”
