Skyland Exchange Apartments is a proposed, 290-unit new construction multifamily project located in Asheville, NC. The Project site is located 7 miles south of downtown Asheville near the I‐26 and Long Shoals Road interchange (Exit 37), at the corner of Long Shoals and Hendersonville Road. The Skyland Exchange site is just 1 mile from Biltmore Park Town Square, a Class A mixed‐use development that is home to exciting shops, restaurants, cafes, spas and health clubs, businesses and employers (REI, Regal Movie Theater, Hilton Asheville, YMCA and more).
