LIV Antiquity is a planned 329-unit new construction multifamily project located in the affluent and rapidly growing suburbs that comprise the Lake Norman region in northern portion of metro Charlotte, NC. The Lake Norman region spans the municipalities of Mooresville (Iredell County) and Cornelius, Huntersville and Davidson (Mecklenburg County). LIV Antiquity is part of Antiquity Town Center, a smart-growth, mixed-use community in Mecklenburg County. As the primary rental residential component of Antiquity Town Center, residents of LIV Antiquity will benefit from 84,000 square feet of retail anchored by Harris Teeter, a 2,500 seat amphitheater, connection to greenway trails and access to a Town Green designed for community gatherings and recreational use. Located at the intersection of Catawba Avenue and Main Street, LIV Antiquity will be the first four-story, elevator-operated, luxury multifamily development in the submarket. This project is scheduled to break ground in November 2015 with completion slated for Q1 2017.
